Refund & Return Policy

At NeednBuy, customer satisfaction is important to us. We strive to ensure that every product delivered meets quality standards. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Eligibility for Returns & Replacements

We only accept returns, replacements, or store credit requests under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged during delivery.

  • The product received is defective or not working properly.

  • The wrong product was delivered.

  • The product is missing parts or accessories.

To be eligible, customers must notify us within 7 days of delivery along with clear photos/videos showing the issue.

Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags, manuals, accessories, and invoice included.

No Refund Policy

NeednBuy does not provide refunds for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind

  • Dislike of product

  • Ordered by mistake

  • Size, color, or variant preference issues (unless wrong item delivered)

  • Minor differences in product appearance due to screen/display variations

In such cases, customers may be offered either:

  • A replacement product, or

  • Store credit / coupon value equivalent to the order amount, redeemable on future purchases on NeednBuy.

The final resolution shall be determined by NeednBuy after reviewing the request.

Return Request Process

1. Contact Customer Support

Email us at neednbuyofficial@gmail.com with:

  • Order ID

  • Product details

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging

2. Review & Approval

Our team will inspect the request and respond within 3–5 business days.

3. Return Shipping

If the return request is approved:

  • Customers may be asked to ship the product back to the provided return address.

  • Return shipping charges will only be covered by NeednBuy if the issue is due to damaged, defective, or wrong product delivery.

  • For all other approved exchanges, shipping charges may be borne by the customer.

Replacement & Store Credit

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • A replacement product will be shipped, subject to stock availability; or

  • Store credit/coupon will be issued for future purchases.

Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Non-Returnable Items

The following products are not eligible for return, replacement, or refund:

  • Personalized or customized products

  • Gift cards or vouchers

  • Clearance sale items

  • Used or damaged products caused by customer misuse

  • Products returned without original packaging or accessories

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

Important Notes

  • NeednBuy reserves the right to reject any return or replacement request if the claim is found invalid or fraudulent.

  • Refunds, if exceptionally approved by NeednBuy, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • By placing an order on NeednBuy, customers agree to this Refund & Return Policy.
